Job summary

Lote and Partners is assisting a leading global hedge fund to hire an analyst in Hong Kong to cover value-oriented opportunities across the capital structure.

The role requires 2–4 years in M&A/Corporate Finance IB, top academic credentials from a leading school, and the ability to build complex merger models from scratch. Fluency in Japanese and English is essential; Korean is also considered, and bilingual capability will be highly valued. The role will be based in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in M&A Corporate Finance Investment Banking (candidates from Private Equity, Long Short and Long Only investing will also be considered).
• Must be a top performer with outstanding academic credentials from a leading school.
• Must be able to build a complex merger model from scratch and be bilingual in Japanese and English (Korean also considered).
