Job summary

PJT Partners in Hong Kong is seeking an Analyst to contribute to deal execution across due diligence, valuation analyses, and negotiation of contracts, coordinating with senior deal team members.

The role involves financial modelling, preparing memoranda and client-facing materials, and supporting business development. Analysts will work on a range of transactions including sellsides, acquisitions, buyouts, restructurings, with exposure to multiple product groups.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree from a leading university in Economics, Finance, Accounting or adjacent area.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant Investment Banking experience with focus on M&A and Corporate Finance.
• Fluency in English and at least one additional Asian language required; Korean strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key contributor to the execution of transactions: due diligence, valuation analysis, and contract negotiation with deal team.
• Perform financial and valuation analysis of opportunities, building and managing complex models.
• Prepare presentations and written recommendations for PJT Partners management and clients; draft memoranda for internal/external use.
