Job summary

Golden Wheel Industries invites a detail-oriented Store Operations Coordinator to join our packaging division. You will train staff on material handling, coordinate with production on logistics, maintain safety and order, and issue packaging materials to production teams.

This role focuses on planning storage, delivering goods on time, conducting stock counts, and ensuring a smooth, compliant store environment in alignment with company standards. Monday–Friday work week.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting store operations and material handling.
• Ability to train staff and supervise daily tasks in a storage environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Train new store assistants on safe material handling techniques.
• Coordinate and update production supervisors on product status and logistics issues.
• Assign daily workflow tasks to store personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment through regular upkeep.
• Issue packaging materials to production teams accurately according to orders.
• Plan and organize store space to accommodate incoming and finished goods efficiently.
• Schedule and oversee timely delivery processes to meet production needs.
• Conduct stock counts and verify accuracy during audits for received and returned goods.

Job Summary

You will manage store operations by training staff on material handling, coordinating with production supervisors on logistics, maintaining store safety and orderliness, issuing packaging materials, planning storage and deliveries, and conducting stock audits.

Responsibilities

• Minimum education level: 'N' level or Secondary school completion
