Job summary

Golden Wheel Industries in Hong Kong is seeking a Maintenance Technician to inspect, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot production assembly line equipment to ensure smooth operations and facility upkeep.

You will perform electrical and mechanical maintenance, troubleshoot downtime, keep maintenance records, set system parameters, and repair moulds to sustain product quality. The role also covers preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities, with ad-hoc duties as required.

Qualifications

• Completed ITE certification in electrical, mechanical, or civil structural disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in electrical or mechanical maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect production assembly line machinery and equipment to identify faults and maintenance needs
• Perform maintenance and repairs on electrical, mechanical, and facility equipment to ensure operational efficiency
• Troubleshoot machinery and equipment issues to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and machinery status for production tracking
• Set system parameters to optimize machinery performance
• Repair sealing moulds to maintain product quality
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities to ensure safety and functionality
• Report faults promptly to relevant teams for timely resolution
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support production and facility operations
