Job summary

CIT Cosmeceutical Pte Ltd in Hong Kong currently seeks a dedicated production operator to support daily manufacturing activities, documentation, and SAP entries. You will participate in labeling, filling, and material handling while ensuring GMP/ISO compliance and clean work areas.

The role requires a Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry with 2–3 years of manufacturing experience, good communication, and a hands-on approach to learn and train others.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials and packaging for daily production.
• Assist in labeling, filling, and moving products; maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain documentation from pre-weight to warehouse handover; SAP entry.
• Support ISO audits and update documentation.
• Source materials, request quotes, check stock, and pre-test alternatives.
• Coach new employees and raise material requisitions; plan production with management.
• Ensure SOP compliance and support production flow; teamwork and knowledge sharing.
• Create, update and maintain SAP system; contribute in staff meetings.
• Handle miscellaneous projects as directed by management.

Job Description:

1. Arrange and prepare of the material and packaging material for the daily production;

2. Assist for the whole process of the production – labelling of the bottles, filling, carry and moving of products;

3. Cleaning up and maintain of the working places and maintain the good condition of the machines/asset of the department;

4. In-charge of the whole documentation, recording, update, issue, maintenance & etc,

from pre-weight till handover the goods to the warehouse;

5. Support internal audit and external audit for ISO such as ISO documentation update, recording and maintenance;

6. Sourcing, email enquiry to the raw material supplier on the quotation and stock availability. If the raw material is obsolete will need to counter source alternative and do pre-test before purchase the raw material;

7. Assist in coaching and guidance to the new employees;

8. Assist in raising the purchase requisition of the raw material, plan the production schedule in advance with Management based on the inventory stock level;

9. Ensure all the production operators, working environment and also the manufacturing process is following the SOP;

10. Work as a team to ensure the production is running smooth. Need to learn from the preparation and understand the production operation flow. Help other employees to complete the daily output;

11. Create, update and maintain SAP system;

12. Highlight, feedback and suggest during and/or after the monthly staff meeting;

13. Other projects and assignments as instructed or delegated by management and director

Job Requirements:

• Diploma with Engineering Chemical or Chemistry background will be advantage
• At least 2-3 years manufacturing work experience required
• Independent thinker who acts and decides objectively and with integrity
• Willing to learn new things and hands on
• Excellent communication so as to provide training and coaching to team member and also to handle queries from clients/associates
• ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 knowledge will be advantage
• Computer literate
