Job summary

Wmanagement is seeking an experienced Floor Manager for our Causeway Bay location. This role leads store operations, drives new business initiatives, and guides a high-performing sales team to grow revenue and expand the customer base.

You will report to senior management and shape the store's commercial direction in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in sales or store management, strong leadership, and expertise in sales strategies, CRM, and P&L awareness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales management or retail store management in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven success in driving new business development and revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Excellent sales acumen with CRM and closing skills.
• Fluent English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all systems and processes
• Drive new business development and revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and customer acquisition campaigns
• Recruit, train, motivate and supervise a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to support business expansion
• Monitor sales performance, analyse metrics and provide regular reporting to senior management
• Manage inventory, stock levels and operational budgets to optimise profitability
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant regulations
• Identify market opportunities and develop targeted approaches to penetrate new customer segments
• Represent the company professionally and uphold brand values in all customer and stakeholder interactions
