Job summary
SleekFlow in Hong Kong is seeking a Mid-Senior level engineer to join a 50-person team of engineers, product managers, and UI/UX designers. You’ll work with engineering leadership to drive roadmaps, strategic initiatives, and AI projects to level up platform scalability and AI capabilities, while remaining hands-on with problem-solving.
You’ll tackle complex challenges, mentor junior engineers, and help set standards for quality and efficiency, balancing immediate customer needs with long-term
Qualifications
- Degree in CS or maths or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in microservice architecture, Kubernetes, distributed systems, and databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Adaptability to a startup environment and a proactive mindset.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering leadership on technology strategy and roadmap.
- Design and implement AI infrastructure components that support various business functions.
- Assist in architectural decisions across engineering teams.
- Scale existing systems and develop new tools and infrastructure.
