Getinge Group in Hong Kong seeks a Sr Marketing and Communication Specialist to drive local branding and communications. You will coordinate campaigns, events, and materials to strengthen the brand, while partnering with Sales and Marcom teams to tailor product-marketing strategies for the local market.

Responsibilities include developing content, managing social platforms, and ensuring regulatory and training reporting. Fluency in English and Chinese is essential; AI and Adobe tools are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in PR/marketing/economics/management/journalism or communications.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar marketing specialist role.
• Strong written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
• Advanced level of AI applications is highly preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties

1.Branding Promotion

• Plan and develop local brand campaign internally and externally align with the global marketing communication strategy
• Organize marketing activities to strength the brand image e.g. PR events, product launch, exhibitions, congresses and seminars
• Develop and maintain local websites when applicable
• Build up and develop social media platforms to approach target customers, strengthen the customer stickiness
• Prepare the local marketing materials (company presentation, life magazine and articles) to extend brand awareness

2.Internal & external communication

• Work closely with sales team to identify and discuss innovative ideas to create, pilot and implement product-marketing strategies
• Create the content and graphic design of brochures, leaflets, articles and customer surveys to meet the specific needs of local market and sales team
• Design and prepare the demos in accordance with the sales requests
• Cooperate with sales team to maintain the customer relationship
• Deliver and publish the latest company news and notifications
• Annually conduct needs assessment on product, skills and regulatory training. Analysis is based on input of sales and functional leadership conducted during one-on-one's, through LMS reports and through utilization of surveys with key stakeholders and trainers.
• Develop and manage the overall local training plan, confirmed with stakeholder for quarterly or longer time periods. Responsible for the execution of planned training programs conducted by local trainers and coordinators.
• Partner with management (Sales, Service, HR, QRC, Finance etc.), for training related matters.
• Create and analyze reports to meet training data requests, comply with regulatory requirements and support management with clarity on the status of people development in the region.

4.Others

• Support the global Marcom team
• Administer internal online tools, e.g. Intranet, mediahub, episerver tools, siteimprove, and google analytics etc.
• Develop and manage vendors of marketing activities and merchandising
• Create and revise the SOP documents of Marcom process
• Marcom budget application and management
• Quality System Duties and Responsibilities: Make sure all the Marketing promotion materials and activities meet the regulatory compliance
• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in public relations, marketing, economics, management, journalism or communications
• At least 3 years related working experience of similar role in marketing specialist
• Good communication in English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly PowerPoint and presentation, social media platforms and strategy
• Advanced level of AI applications is highly preferred
• Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.) is preferred.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent written, oral, presentation, interpersonal, listening and organizational skills required
• Initiative, problem-solving, critical thinking, teamwork, flexibility, positive attitude
• Ability to multi-task, prioritizes, and works effectively in an environment where priorities vary and can shift widely.
