Getinge Hong Kong is seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead local brand campaigns, coordinate events, and develop materials. The role collaborates with Sales to implement product-marketing strategies, manages social media, and supports training and regulatory reporting.

The candidate will drive brand awareness and align with global marketing direction while maintaining local market relevance. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years in marketing, strong English and Chinese

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in public relations, marketing, economics, management, journalism or communications
• At least 3 years related experience in a similar marketing specialist role
• Good English and Chinese communication skills
• Proficient in PowerPoint and presentations; social media strategy
• Advanced level of AI applications is highly preferred
• Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is preferred
• Accuracy and excellent written, oral, presentation, interpersonal and organizational skills

Aufgaben

• Branding promotion and campaign planning
• Plan and develop local brand campaigns aligned with global strategy
• Organize marketing events such as PR, product launches, exhibitions and seminars
• Develop and maintain local websites where applicable
• Build and manage social media to engage target customers
• Prepare local marketing materials to extend brand awareness
• Internal and external communication
• Collaborate with sales to create and pilot product-marketing strategies
• Create brochures, leaflets, articles and surveys for local needs
• Design demos per sales requests and support customer relations
• Deliver and publish company news and notifications
• Oversee Training Academy activities and needs assessments
• Develop and manage local training plans with quarterly timelines
• Partner with management on training matters
• Create and analyze training reports for regulatory compliance and transparency
• Support global Marcom team and internal tools management
• Manage vendors for marketing activities and merchandising
• Create and revise Marcom SOPs and budget processes
• Ensure marketing materials meet regulatory compliance
