Job summary

Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. (MPS) in Hong Kong is seeking a PhD-qualified power electronics engineer to define DC/DC power conversion ICs and modules, research new topologies, test applications, and provide technical support for customers.

You will collaborate with design engineers, FAEs, and marketing to validate new products, create datasheets, and design demo boards, with emphasis on debugging hardware and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Ph.D degree in EE or Power Electronics
• 1~3 years’ experience in power electronics, analog circuitry, digital circuitry etc.
• Capable to debug and analyze hardware circuitry issues; can use basic equipment like scope, DC supply, PCB soldering.
• Good communication skills, and team worker
• Good English Speaking and Writing skill

Responsibilities

• Define DC/DC power conversion ICs & modules, research on new topology, new power technology, application test & issue debug for power ICs, and technique support for end customers.
