Job summary

Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. (MPS) is a leading semiconductor company focused on power conversion ICs and systems power delivery. We are seeking a qualified engineer to define DC/DC power conversion ICs, perform application test and issue debugging, and provide technical support for end customers.

You will work with design engineers and FAEs, validate new products, create datasheets and demo boards, and help solve complex hardware issues. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• EE or Power Electronics Master’s degree.
• Experience in power electronics, analog circuitry, digital circuitry.
• Capable to debug and analyze hardware circuitry issues; can use basic equipment like scope, DC supply, PCB soldering.
• Good communication skills, and team worker.
• Good English Speaking and Writing skill.

Responsibilities

• Define DC/DC power conversion ICs, application test & issue debug for power ICs, and technique support for end customers.
• Work with design engineer, FAE and marketing engineer to define new ICs; new product function validation and issue debug; IC datasheet creation; demo board design.
• Provide technique support and problem solving for FAE or end customers.
