Job summary

Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups is seeking a dedicated Sports Programmes Manager to oversee planning and execution of sports initiatives in line with our mission. The role requires a diploma in a related field and a track record in managing sports programmes.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and organizational skills, can handle logistics, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends at multiple programme locations are expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma in sports management, business admin, marketing, event management, or related field.
• First Aid/CPR certification is highly preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in sports programmes management.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent logistics skills and deadline-oriented.
• Self-motivated; able to work independently or in a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Job description

Diploma holder in Sports Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field

Valid First Aid / CPR certification is highly preferred

1-3 years of experience in sports programmes management, with a proven track record of success

Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and internal and external stakeholders

Strong logistical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines

Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve results

Passionate about sports and events, with a commitment to the organization's mission and values

Able to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances

Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
