Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups is seeking an experienced programme manager to lead youth sports initiatives across multiple locations in Hong Kong. You will drive programme delivery, build partnerships, and ensure quality outcomes for diverse participants.

The role requires 3-5 years in sports programme management, strong leadership and excellent communication skills. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is expected, with a focus on youth engagement and community impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in sports programme management.
• Strong execution ability and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and lead a team to achieve results.
• Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
• Valid First Aid / CPR certification is highly preferred.
• Energetic leader who inspires, guides, and motivates diverse teams.
• Excellent communicator with a positive, relationship-building approach.
