Qualifications

• Diploma holder in Sports Management, Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Valid First Aid / CPR certification is highly preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in sports programmes management, with a proven track record of success.
• Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong logistical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve results.
• Passionate about sports and events, with a commitment to the organization's mission and values.
• Able to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
