Job summary

Hong Kong China Underwater Association Limited is recruiting a Sports Executive to manage NSA office activities, supervise staff, and support budget planning. The role involves coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and promoting the sport through media outreach and public relations.

The candidate should have an accredited Associate Degree or Higher Diploma (Leisure Management preferred), strong English/Cantonese/Putonghua skills, and willingness to work beyond regular hours.

Qualifications

• Accredited Associate Degree or Higher Diploma in Leisure Management or related field; Hong Kong qualification preferred.
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Willingness to work after hours and outdoor field work.
• Office administration and event organization experience an advantage.
• Strong data management and MS Office skills (Word/Excel).
• Photoshop knowledge and social media/marketing familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Manage all activities of NSA office and supervise clerical staff.
• Prepare and submit annual budgets; report income and expenditure to Executive Committee.
• Attend Executive Committee meetings and provide admin support.
• Maintain orderly records and publications for NSA.
• Promote sport development and arrange media publicity.
