Job summary

Laureus Sport for Good Hong Kong is a registered charity using the proven power of sport to transform the lives of children and young people in Hong Kong. This full-time role supports the Sport for Social Impact Capacity Building Programme under the Head of Development, overseeing planning, design and delivery with careful evaluation and budget monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Philanthropy, Sport Management or related field.
• At least six years' experience in philanthropy-related work in Hong Kong.
• Proven programme management with planning, execution and quality control.
• Experience with grant-funded programmes and funder reporting.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Support programme leaders in planning, design and development of programme materials.
• Lead day-to-day programme implementation and coordinate evaluation activities.
• Coordinate delivery of core components: virtual briefing sessions, diagnostics, and training.
• Prepare, monitor and report on the programme budget and financial status.
• Engage stakeholders and facilitate cross-sector collaboration for strong outcomes.
• Liaise with the funder's coordinating team and Academy grantees on alignment.
• Ensure funder acknowledgement and publicity requirements are met.
• Plan, organise and deliver impact showcases and programme events.
• Manage event logistics, RSVP collection and on-site support.
• Maintain project records and ensure data privacy and compliance.
