Ambition seeks a Programme Manager / Senior Programme Manager in Hong Kong to drive long-term social impact through strategic grant-making and programme development across public health, culture, sports, education, and youth empowerment sectors.

The role involves leading community initiatives, coordinating with diverse stakeholders, and delivering actionable insights through rigorous evaluation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required with relevant project/programme management experience.
• Strong track record in stakeholder engagement, funding administration or social impact initiatives.
• Exceptional bilingual communication and report-writing in English and Chinese.
• Experience collaborating with universities, NGOs or government bodies.

Responsibilities

• Direct planning, implementation, and rigorous evaluation of strategic community programmes.
• Manage project governance processes and ensure committee support and stakeholder coordination.
• Cultivate partnerships across universities, NGOs, statutory bodies, and government departments.
• Assess funding proposals alongside programme performance to deliver strategic insights.
• Draft presentations, reports, briefing papers, and regular management updates.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, outcomes, and risk indicators with careful attention.
