Job summary

Richemont Asia Pacific Ltd is seeking a Programme Manager to support Laureus Sport for Good Hong Kong. You will help plan, design and implement our Sport for Social Impact Capacity Building Programme, coordinating materials, workshops, mentoring and showcases.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least six years in philanthropy or sport programme management in Hong Kong, with strong budgeting, reporting and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with strong academic background.
• Six years of philanthropic or sport programme/operations experience in Hong Kong.
• Proven ability in programme management, planning, execution and quality delivery.
• Experience with grant-funded programmes and funder reporting requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Cantonese and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Sport for Social Impact Capacity Building Programme and assist in design and development of programme materials.
• Lead day-to-day programme implementation and coordinate evaluation activities to ensure quality and outputs.
• Coordinate delivery of core components including workshops, mentoring and showcases.
• Prepare, monitor and report on programme budgets and financial status.
• Engage stakeholders and foster cross-sector collaboration for stronger partnerships.
• Liaise with funder coordination teams to align implementation and publicity.
