Job summary

The Hong Kong Jockey Club is seeking a seasoned programme manager to coordinate APSD initiatives, monitor progress, and report outcomes. You will work with grantees, partners, and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and measurable impact.

Fluency in English and Chinese is essential. Candidates should have at least 6 years in programme management or related fields, with strong stakeholder engagement, governance, and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
• At least 6 years in programme management, grant-making, or similar.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support APSD programme implementation, monitoring and delivery with grantees and partners.
• Manage programme monitoring, budgets, risks, and KPIs.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impact assessments.
