Job summary

Candidates should have knowledge of securities trading, strong communication skills, and fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of securities trading market and general banking/insurance products.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer services.
• HKSI and IIQE registrations are required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle client interactions via inbound and outbound calls for securities, banking and insurance products.
• Provide high-quality service and accurate information to clients.
• Execute client orders and inquiries in compliance with regulations.
• Respond to general banking product questions and resolve issues or complaints.
• Capture client feedback for process improvement and overall experience.

Job Summary

The position mainly supports the handling of client contacts received through inbound and outbound calls including securities product, other investment products and insurance (if appropriate). It also supports call handling to general banking product.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client interactions through both inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries related to securities products, other investment products, and insurance (where applicable), ensuring a high standard of professionalism and efficiency.
• Deliver exceptional service to clients, maintaining a professional demeanor and ensuring all interactions are handled efficiently and with the highest quality.
• Accurately execute client orders and instructions pertaining to securities and insurance products (if applicable), ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Respond to inquiries regarding general banking products, providing clear and accurate information to clients.
• Efficiently resolve client issues and complaints, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to service standards.
• Capture and document client feedback to identify areas for internal process improvements and enhance overall client experience.
• Conduct outbound calls for specific assignments as required, ensuring all communications are conducted in a professional and timely manner.
• Consistently meet or exceed established service level agreements and productivity standards, contributing to the overall success of the client services team.
