Job summary

Asia Pacific Securities Ltd in Wan Chai, Hong Kong, seeks an experienced onboarding professional to manage client account openings and KYC/CDD processes. You will maintain client data systems, review records, and ensure regulatory compliance while handling inquiries and supporting trade execution.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or above and an SFC Type 1 license, with 3+ years in securities. Fluency in Chinese and English, Mandarin preferred, and immediate availability are advantages.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above.
Must hold an SFC Type 1 license; Type 2 license is an advantage.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in the securities industry.
Familiar with KYC, AML, CRS, and FATCA procedures.
Fluent in Chinese and English; Mandarin preferred.
Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage the client account opening and onboarding process, including KYC and CDD.
Maintain client data systems and conduct periodic or ad-hoc client reviews.
Ensure all operations comply with internal company policies and regulatory requirements.
Handle client inquiries via telephone, email, and other channels.
Assist clients with trade execution.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Job Overview

Responsible for daily operations including client account opening, KYC (Know Your Customer) checks, customer due diligence (CDD), maintenance of client data systems, handling client inquiries, and assisting with trade execution. Candidates must hold the relevant SFC license(s) and be familiar with securities account opening procedures. We offer a stable work-life balance—standard two-day weekends, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM working hours, and no overtime. Job Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English; fluent in Mandarin
Candidates with a background related to Mainland China are preferred
Highly self-motivated, responsible, and committed to a client-first approach
