Job summary

APSN Education Services Ltd is seeking a dedicated teacher to plan and deliver individualized educational services for students with Special Education Needs (SEN). The role involves collaboration with school leaders, parents and allied professionals to ensure high-quality support and progress tracking.

You will design student-centred lessons, apply evidence-based interventions, and use technology to engage learners. Strong English communication and experience with MID students are preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher in Special Education or related field.
• Experience with MID students preferred.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of behaviour modification and education theory.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, deliver and evaluate individualized educational services for SEN students.
• Implement teaching methods and assess student progress with reliable tools.
• Collaborate with parents, allied professionals and school leaders.
• Design engaging, student-centred lessons to match learning styles.
• Use IT in lesson preparation and delivery to engage learners.
• Conduct parent-teacher conferences and home-school communications.
• Supervise pupils and manage classroom behaviour on campus.
