Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific in Hong Kong is seeking a Space Planner to support the space planning process for non-project inquiries. You will work with client teams to track moves, assess space needs, update drawings, and report on delivery efficiency.

You will collect data on facility requirements, evaluate space needs, and provide recommendations after data assessment, while attending client meetings and upholding CBRE RISE values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Track and monitor moves, planning, and inventory of furniture and workstations.
• Collect, organize, and evaluate data related to facility requirements and space needs.
• Complete a supply and demand assessment data evaluation and provide recommendations to the client.
• Attend meetings with client representatives and assist with planning space requirements.
• Update drawings and related databases.
• Report to client and service delivery partners on work environment and delivery efficiency.
• Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.
• Work within standardized procedures and practices to meet deadlines.
