Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Space Planner in Hong Kong to support non-project space planning inquiries with client teams. You will track moves, collect data, evaluate space needs, and provide recommendations in collaboration with service delivery partners.

The role involves updating drawings, attending client meetings, and ensuring adherence to CBRE RISE values while delivering timely planning solutions for varied facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Track and monitor all small to medium-sized non-project-related moves, planning, and inventory of furniture and workstations.
• Collect, organize, and evaluate data related to the client’s facility requirements and physical space needs.
• Complete a supply and demand assessment data evaluation and provide recommendations to the client for review.
• Attend meetings with client representatives and assist with the facilitation of the planning of space requirements.
• Update drawings and related databases.
• Report to client and service delivery partners on work environment and delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
• Impact the quality of own work.
• Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
