Job summary

HTK is seeking a Solutions Development Executive to drive AI-enabled improvements across business workflows. You will work with stakeholders to understand current processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization using Generative AI and AI Agents.

Responsibilities include documenting business requirements, mapping processes, coordinating cross-functional project activities, supporting pilots, and building dashboards, reports, and insights to track progress and sustain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies with basic understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, or ML concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
