Job summary

Techforce Group Limited is seeking an hands-on AI Engineer to design, develop, integrate, and deploy practical GenAI solutions for business environments in Hong Kong. You will prototype GenAI apps, build RAG solutions and automate workflows across enterprise systems.

Key work includes AI copilots, chatbots, API integrations, and production-grade AI deployments. Strong English communication and experience with cloud AI platforms are highly valued in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software/AI engineering experience.
• Experience building AI, GenAI, chatbots or automation solutions.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, system integration and workflow automation.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered applications, copilots, chatbots and workflow solutions.
• Build GenAI, LLM and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Integrate AI apps with APIs, enterprise systems and databases.
• Develop rapid prototypes, MVPs and production-ready AI solutions.
• Implement workflow automation with Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, UiPath or similar.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into AI use cases.
• Participate in Agile delivery and support testing, deployment, and rollout.
• Ensure security, governance and responsible AI best practices.

We are looking for hands‑on AI professionals who can design, develop, integrate, and deploy practical AI solutions in business environments. The role focuses on rapid prototyping, GenAI applications, workflow automation, RAG solutions, and Microsoft AI technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered applications, copilots, chatbots, and intelligent workflow solutions
• Build and enhance GenAI, LLM, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions
• Integrate AI applications with APIs, enterprise systems, databases, and business workflows
• Develop rapid prototypes, MVPs, and production‑ready AI solutions
• Implement workflow automation using Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, UiPath, or similar technologies
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical AI use cases
• Participate in Agile delivery teams and support testing, deployment, and production rollout
• Ensure solutions follow security, governance, and responsible AI best practices

About you

• 3+ years of software engineering, AI engineering, or solution development experience
• Experience building AI, GenAI, chatbot, Copilot, or automation solutions
• Strong understanding of APIs, system integration, and workflow automation
• Experience with at least one of: Microsoft Azure / Azure AI, Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or Gemini Enterprise
• Experience with prompt engineering and LLM-based applications
• Strong communication skills in English
• Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Preferred: Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Preferred: Experience with Databricks, Data Lakehouse, or data pipelines
