Job summary

Venturenix Limited seeks an experienced GenAI/AI solutions architect to translate business needs into scalable GenAI and workflow automation solutions. You will create roadmaps and blueprints, architect end-to-end GenAI systems, and ensure smooth integration with government infrastructure.

Responsibilities include overseeing architecture reviews, addressing blockers, and managing risks like data leakage and external API dependencies, while enabling users through demos and training.

Job description

Work closely with bureaux/departments (B/Ds) to understand day-to-day workflows, problems, and bottlenecks.

Translate business needs into GenAI, workflow automation, and other AI solutions.

Prioritise projects based on impact, feasibility, and available resources.

Create clear roadmaps and technical blueprints for the Team.

Architect end-to-end GenAI solutions using tools such as: Work Buddy, Open WebUI, Dify, n8n, RAGFlow, Model-as-a-Service (MaaS) platforms and DeepSeek, Qwen etc.

Oversee integration and provisioning to ensure new AI components work smoothly with existing government infrastructure.

Provide technical oversight, including architecture/code reviews and solving blockers.

Manage risks such as data leakage and third-party API dependencies etc..

Support user enablement through demos, trainings, and practical documentation.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline

At least 8 years' post-qualification experience in system implementation, application development, workflow automation, digital transformation, technical consulting or system administration,

Profound understanding with mainstream GenAI technologies, large language models (LLMs), APIs and prompt engineering.

Hands-on experience in configuring, implementing or supporting information technology systems or digital tools.

4.Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience on any of the following aspects would be advantage -

professional project management certifications (such as PMP, PRINCE2) or agile certifications (such asCSM, PMI-ACP); Open WebUI, Dify, n8n, RAGFlow or Work Buddy; DeepSeek, Qwen or other LLMs;

RAG, vector databases or knowledge management;

APIs, databases, Linux, Docker or cloud platforms;

information security, data governance or responsible AI; and

digital transformation projects in the Government or large organisations.
