Job summary

HTK is seeking a Solutions Executive to help automate and improve business workflows using Generative AI and AI Agent tech. You will work with stakeholders to map current processes and identify opportunities for AI-enabled improvements.

You will document business requirements, participate in pilots, and help coordinate cross-functional teams. You will also develop dashboards and insights to track continuous improvement and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies.
• Basic understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, or Machine Learning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support initiatives that leverage Generative AI and AI Agent technologies to automate, simplify, or enhance business workflows.
• Work with stakeholders to understand existing processes and identify opportunities for AI-enabled improvements.
• Assist in documenting business requirements, process maps, and improvement recommendations.
