A leading IT services company based in Hong Kong is seeking a Project Manager to lead implementation and maintenance of customer IT systems. The successful candidate will create and manage project plans while ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. This role requires at least 8 years of telecom experience, with 3 in a supervisory level, as well as professional certifications such as PMP or ITIL. Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential.

Job Description

• Provide team & project leadership for implementation & maintenance of customer mobile/IT system.
• Create, manage and coordinate all project plans for the Solutions Deployment Team.
• Track the deliverables and output from the team.
• Manage the onsite deployment team & technical hotline and ensure the team to meet the service level.
• Manage vendors and service providers.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and to consistently meet commitments and deadlines.
• Manage resource planning, allocation, cost control
• Ensure the project milestones/deliverables to be completed on time and meet the required quality standard

Job Requirements

• Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent in IT related disciplines
• With at least 8 years of telecom experience with 3 years in supervisory level
• Holder of professional certifications such as MCSE, ITIL, PMP or PRINCE2 certified Practitioner will be an advantage
• Good in analytical skills
• Good leadership and coordination skills to manage the project team
• Able to work independently and work under pressure
• Fluent written and spoken English and Cantonese
