Job summary

Job Description

• Provide team & project leadership for implementation & maintenance of customer mobile/IT system.
• Create, manage and coordinate all project plans for the Solutions Deployment Team.
• Track the deliverables and output from the team.
• Manage the onsite deployment team & technical hotline and ensure the team to meet the service level.
• Manage vendors and service providers.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and to consistently meet commitments and deadlines.
• Manage resource planning, allocation, cost control
• Ensure the project milestones/deliverables to be completed on time and meet the required quality standard

Job Requirements

• Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent in IT related disciplines
• With at least 8 years of telecom experience with 3 years in supervisory level
• Holder of professional certifications such as MCSE, ITIL, PMP or PRINCE2 certified Practitioner will be an advantage
• Good in analytical skills
• Good leadership and coordination skills to manage the project team
• Able to work independently and work under pressure
• Fluent written and spoken English and Cantonese
