Job description

Responsibilities

• Support pre‑sales business expansion for customers in Hong Kong and Macau, including those in finance, government, and public sectors, by delivering cloud computing, big data, and AI large‑model solutions and products—leveraging Alibaba Cloud’s strengths in technology, products, and ecosystem.
• Deeply understand customer requirements and provide architectural consulting services from both business and technical perspectives; deliver architecture designs based on Alibaba Cloud’s technology Xstack (AI Stack/Zstack/Apsara stack) to support customers or partners in building upper‑layer applications and services on Alibaba Cloud.
• Collaborate with product R&D teams to convey market demands and jointly develop or enhance industry‑specific products and solutions tailored to key use cases.
• Support complex hybrid cloud project operations, lead product and service teams in technical and business validation, and participate in bidding processes, contract negotiations, and signing activities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with over 5 years of experience in cloud computing, big data, or AIGC fields. Candidates with two or more projects involving system architecture or cloud architecture design are preferred; those with industry experience in finance, energy, broadcasting, media, etc., are also preferred.
• Strong learning ability, solid foundation in enterprise IT architecture and basic cloud computing knowledge, capable of quickly developing the skills to independently support pre‑sales activities for cloud computing, big data, and AI‑related projects.
• Able to independently influence customers’ business planning and technology decisions, and effectively impact mid‑to‑senior‑level customer stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and expression skills, strong execution capability, team‑oriented, dedicated, and passionate about the internet and cloud computing industry with clear understanding and insight.
• Familiarity with government and enterprise bidding processes is preferred; candidates who have deeply supported government/enterprise IT informatization projects are highly desired, along with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of key technologies such as private cloud, cloud computing, CPU/GPU hardware, big data, and AIGC—candidates able to independently provide consulting, planning, and design services in these areas are strongly preferred.

Alibaba Cloud ACA/ACP/ACE certification is a plus.
