DigiBloom Limited is hiring a Solution Engineer in Hong Kong to join our core team. You will turn requirements from schools, sports associations, and health partners into system designs, data models and API specs.

You will design, develop and test features across our health, credential, enrolment and competition record platforms. You will develop AI features such as health-data interpretation, early-warning models, recommendations and AI assistants for students, parents, and coaches, and

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Data Science or related field.
• 2+ years of software development or solution engineering experience; fresh grads with strong projects allowed.
• Experience with REST APIs and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of AI/LLM applications or data analytics.
• Knowledge of blockchain, smart contracts or NFTs (EVM) is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Translate school, sports, health partner requirements into system designs and APIs.
• Develop and test features across health, credential, enrolment and competition platforms.
• Implement AI features like health insights, early-warning models and AI assistants.
• Integrate blockchain credential functions including NFT certificates and wallet custody.
• Ensure children’s data protection under PDPO via privacy-by-design methods.
• Document milestones, run R&D experiments, collect KPI data and report results.

DigiBloom Limited builds AI and blockchain solutions for education and sport in Hong Kong. We are starting a multi-year R&D programme to connect our products on one AI-enabled platform, and are looking for a Solution Engineer to join the core team.

Key responsibilities

Turn requirements from schools, sports associations and health partners into system designs, data models and API specifications

Design, develop and test features across our health, credential, enrolment and competition record platforms

Develop AI features such as health-data interpretation, early-warning models, recommendations and AI assistants for students, parents and coaches

Develop and integrate blockchain credential functions, including NFT certificate issuance, QR / API verification and wallet / custody options

Integrate with devices and third-party platforms (Bluetooth health devices, e-commerce platforms, institution systems)

Make sure children's personal data is protected under the PDPO through secure, privacy-by-design development

Carry out structured R&D work: research methods, run experiments, measure results and document findings

Support pilot trials at schools and organisations, collect feedback and KPIs, and improve the products

Prepare technical documents, milestone progress reports and system documentation for management

About you

Degree in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Data Science or a related field

2+ years of experience in software development or solution engineering (fresh graduates with strong projects are welcome to apply)

Experience with REST APIs and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)

Knowledge of AI / LLM applications or data analytics

Knowledge of blockchain, smart contracts or NFTs (e.g. EVM chains) is a strong advantage

EdTech, SportTech, health-tech or IoT / device integration experience is a plus

Strong sense of user experience; able to work with designers, teachers and coaches

Good written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred)

Must have the legal right to work in Hong Kong
