Job summary

Chainova Technology Limited is building an AI-powered, integrated logistics platform for SME freight forwarders and 3PL operators. The role focuses on turning customer requirements into designs, data models and APIs, and on designing, developing and testing platform modules and AI features.

You will design AI workflows, build REST APIs and integrations with WMS/ERP/CRM systems, and conduct experiments to measure improvements against KPIs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Data Science, Logistics/Supply Chain Technology or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software development, solution engineering or system implementation.
• Experience with REST APIs, system integration and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Knowledge of AI/LLM applications, or strong interest in learning them.
• Logistics, WMS, CRM or ERP experience is a strong advantage.
• Blockchain / Web3 knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills, and ability to explain technical ideas to business users.
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred).
• Must have the legal right to work in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Turn business requirements from logistics customers into system designs, data models and API specifications.
• Design, develop and test platform modules and AI features, including LLM/AI agent workflows, optimisation logic and data pipelines.
• Build and maintain REST APIs and integrations with third-party systems (freight forwarding, WMS, ERP, e-commerce and carrier platforms).
• Carry out structured R&D work: research methods, run experiments, measure results against baseline KPIs and document findings.
• Support data migration and cleansing, such as location codes, customer and shipment master data.
• Plan and run pilot trials and UAT with customers, then improve the system based on results.
• Prepare technical documents, milestone progress reports and system documentation for management.
• Work with internal team members, customers and external vendors to deliver on schedule.

Solution Engineer (AI & Logistics Systems) at Chainova Technology Limited. You will work on an AI-powered, integrated logistics business platform for SME freight forwarders and third-party logistics (3PL) operators. The modular platform covers warehouse management (WMS), AI CRM, auto quoting, shipment tracking, operations and finance. You will turn business requirements from logistics customers into system designs, data models and API specifications, and design, develop and test platform modules and AI features.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop and test platform modules and AI features, including LLM / AI agent workflows, optimisation logic and data pipelines

Build and maintain REST APIs and integrations with third-party systems (freight forwarding, WMS, ERP, e-commerce and carrier platforms)

About you

Degree in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Data Science, Logistics/Supply Chain Technology or a related field

2+ years of experience in software development, solution engineering or system implementation (fresh graduates with strong projects are welcome to apply)

Experience with REST APIs, system integration and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)

Knowledge of AI / LLM applications (LLM APIs, prompt design, AI agents), or a strong interest in learning them

Logistics, WMS, CRM or ERP experience is a strong advantage

Blockchain / Web3 knowledge is a plus

Strong analytical and documentation skills, and able to explain technical ideas to business users

Good written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred)

Must have the legal right to work in Hong Kong
