Job description

You will take charge of deploying, monitoring, and optimizing critical business systems, ensuring their stable and efficient operation. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product management to implement automation, improve scalability, and enhance system resilience across cloud and on-premise infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy database solutions (MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Redis) customized to client requirements. Provide technical consultation for database setup and performance tuning.
• Conduct comprehensive functional testing, promptly identify and resolve complex technical issues, and develop prototypes to simulate and validate application scenarios.
• Prepare detailed and user-friendly technical documentation, including manuals and guides. Deliver product training sessions and technical seminars targeted at both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Engage with industry experts locally and internationally to exchange knowledge, optimize database architecture, and share best practices. Author technical articles and case studies to highlight successful implementations and drive adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related STEM disciplines.
• 1-5 years of experience in software support or engineering, ideally within enterprise or large-scale environments.
• Solid understanding of IT fundamentals, networking concepts, and database administration. Hands-on experience with common databases including MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with sales and marketing teams and explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated learning agility and logical problem-solving skills. Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency is highly desirable.
