Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related STEM field.
1–5 years in software support or engineering, preferably enterprise-scale.
Solid IT fundamentals, networking, and database administration with MySQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL/Redis.
Strong communication to collaborate with sales/marketing and explain technical concepts.
Able to learn quickly and apply AI tools to automate tasks.

Responsibilities

Deploy, monitor, and optimize critical business systems for stability and efficiency.
Design, configure, and deploy database solutions tailored to client needs.
Perform functional testing, diagnose issues, and prototype to validate scenarios.
Produce technical docs, manuals, and provide product training sessions.
Engage with industry experts to share knowledge and improve architecture.
