Job summary

DBS Bank is seeking a Customer Service professional for a full-time role at Mira Place Tower A in Hong Kong. You will provide counter service, handle daily inquiries, and support operations to ensure customer satisfaction within regulatory and bank policies.

The position requires a degree in business/economics/finance and strong communication, PC skills, and teamwork. Regular schedule with on-site work at the Mira Place location.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with majors in business, economics or finance is preferred.
• Ability to communicate with internal and external departments.
• Good PC skill and good teamwork spirit.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient general counter service support and handle customers' daily enquiries in responsive and customer-oriented manner
• Provide operation supports to facilitate team business and coordinate with various counterparties to ensure the customers at a satisfactory level
• Comply with all regulatory requirements imposed by regulatory authorities, and policies, standards, lending guidelines and procedures of the Bank.
