Job summary

DBS Bank in Hong Kong is seeking a results-oriented professional for the Product Sales role within Consumer Banking. You will build a solid customer base, open accounts, and manage end-to-end processes to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Location: One Island East; Schedule: Regular; Employment status: Full time. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of relevant sales and service experience, with a degree in business or finance and appropriate regulatory qualifications (IIQE 1 & 3, HKSI 1,7,8).

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales & service experience in banking preferred.
• Degree holder in business or finance.
• Must be registered TR (Long Term) with IIQE papers 1 & 3, or equivalent.
• Preferably registered TR (General & Long Term) with IIQE papers 2 & 5, or equivalent.
• Preferably registered RI (Type 1 & 4) with HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7 & 8, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Build solid customer base by acquiring new customers at branches and through nearby estates.
• Open accounts and complete applications with proper documentation; handshake Treasures customers to TRM for relationship building & follow-up.
• Provide superior customer service in line with the bank's standards and promptly handle customer requests.
• Support ad hoc projects and system-related tasks as required by management.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and applicable regulatory requirements in account openings and customer interactions.
