Job summary

Puricare Pte Ltd is seeking a Site Technician (Service) in Hong Kong to install, repair, and service water dispenser equipment at customer sites. You will ensure operational readiness, perform on-site troubleshooting, and conduct preventive maintenance while delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates have a diploma or Nitec in engineering, field service experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a valid Class 2/3 driving license.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving applied to electrical/electronic systems.
• Good communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with customers.
• Ability to work independently and manage on-site assignments efficiently.
• Possess a valid driving license (Class 2 & 3) to travel to service locations safely and independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation and commissioning of water dispenser equipment to ensure operational readiness
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment on-site to resolve technical issues promptly
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections to maintain equipment efficiency
• Test and verify equipment performance after installation or repairs to ensure quality standards
• Provide technical support and basic operational training to customers to enhance user experience
• Prepare and submit detailed service reports and maintenance records for documentation and compliance
• Follow company procedures and safety standards to ensure safe and effective work practices
• Coordinate with operations team and customers to schedule and manage service appointments efficiently
• Maintain service tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory to support uninterrupted service delivery
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support team objectives
