Job summary

Ming Hing Waterworks Engineering Co Ltd is seeking a Registered Safety Officer/Safety Supervisor to conduct daily site inspections, investigations, and root-cause analyses to eliminate unsafe acts and conditions. You will guide project teams, provide training, and ensure compliance with safety laws and contract specs.

The role requires HK RSO with Labour Department, 2–3 years LPM experience, and a HK driving license.

Qualifications

Registered Safety Officer (RSO) with Labour Department.
2–3 years of solid safety experience in Landslip Prevention and Mitigation (LPM) projects preferred.
Valid Hong Kong Driving License required.
Certificate in Safety and Health for Supervisors (Construction) background considered for Safety Supervisor.
Proficient in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Conduct daily site inspections and incident investigations.
Prepare factual root-cause analysis reports to prevent unsafe acts and conditions.
Provide safety guidance, recommendations and training to project teams.
Evaluate safety performance and drive targeted corrective actions.
Lead ad-hoc safety initiatives and assignments as directed.
