Job summary

P&T Architects Limited is seeking a Registered Safety Officer to supervise and co-ordinate site safety for a Subsidized Sale Flats Project in Yuen Long. The role involves full-time safety supervision, reporting to the AP/Project Architect, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards throughout construction.

The successful candidate will hold a degree or diploma in OH&S management, be a registered RSO with at least 5 years of post-RSO construction experience, and demonstrate

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management or equivalent.
• Valid Registration as Registered Safety Officer (RSO).
• Minimum 5 years post-RSO experience in construction.
• Knowledge of local regulations, procedures, standards, and codes of practice on construction site safety.
• Strong report writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out full-time supervision on safety and environmental aspects of all site activities.
• Conduct daily on-site safety inspections and audits; identify risks and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Maintain safety records, prepare reports, and coordinate safety inspections with project team.
• Ensure compliance with safety management and environmental plans, and statutory requirements.
• Advise and assist AP/Project Architect and contractors on safety measures and hazards.
• Participate in Site Safety Committee Meetings and related safety meetings.
