Job summary

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate site records, attendance logs, payroll and reports.
• Coordinate site communications between the site and head office.
• Provide administrative support to site supervisors and project managers.
• Maintain filing systems and database entries for site information.
