Job summary

REC Engineering Company Limited, a major Hong Kong engineering group, is seeking a diligent candidate to support site administration in New Territories. The role covers wage monitoring documents, liaison with Labour Relations Officers, filing, site office administration and materials inventory, with willingness to work at the site office.

The ideal candidate holds HKDSE/ F.5 or above, at least one year of related experience, and a valid Green Card safety certificate.

Qualifications

• HKDSE/ F.5 or above required
• 1 year or more relevant experience or construction site experience preferable
• Hold a valid construction industry safety training certificate (Green Card)
• Familiar with MS Office applications
• Self-motivated and willing to learn with positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Handle site wage monitoring documents
• Liaise with Labour Relations Officers for records of site workers
• Perform clerical work including filing, site office administration and site material inventory record
• Willing to work at site office
