Job summary

Hip Hing Construction Company Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Temporary Site Clerk on a 3 months contract to provide secretarial, clerical and administrative support to the project team and assist on-site operations.

You will maintain a proper Document Management System for recording, distribution and tracking of all documents, handle ad-hoc assignments, and work as a reliable team member with bilingual English/Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• HKCEE / HKDSE or above with at least 1 years’ relevant experience in construction industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel) and Chinese Word Processing;
• General understanding of spoken English and Chinese;
• Immediate available is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide secretarial / clerical and administrative support to the project team;
• Maintain a proper Document Management System for recording, distribution and tracking of all documents;
• Handle ad-hoc assignment as assigned.
