Job summary

REC Engineering Company Limited, a major Hong Kong engineering firm, is seeking a diligent site administrative helper for our New Territories operations. You will handle wage monitoring, coordinate with labour officers, and perform clerical tasks while supporting material inventory and site office administration.

Location is at Tung Chung / Fanling with opportunities to learn on a busy construction site and grow within the company.

Qualifications

• HKDSE/ F.5 or above.
• 1 years or above relevant experience or construction site experience is preferable.
• Hold a valid construction industry safety training certificate (Green Card);
• Familiar with MS Office applications;
• Self-motivated and willing to learn with positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Handle site wage monitoring documents;
• Liaise with Labour Relationshop Officers for records of site workers;
• Perform clerical work including filing, site office administration and site material inventory record;
• Willing to work at site office (Tung Chung / Fanling)
