Job summary

REC Engineering Company Limited, a subsidiary of Yau Lee Holdings, is seeking a Quantity Surveying Clerk to support site office operations in New Territories, Hong Kong. You will perform clerical and administrative tasks under the Project Manager's guidance to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements include a Certificate/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, MS Office proficiency, and bilingual Chinese/English communication.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Experience in quantity surveying field is an advantage.
• Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) preferred.
• Familiar with MS Office applications.
• Able to read & write Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical and admin support.
• Perform duties in line with site office operations.
• Follow supervision needs as directed by the Project Manager.

Job Duties:

• Perform clerical and admin support;
• Perform their respective works/duties in gear with the operations of the site offices;
• Follow the needs of the work supervision as directed by the Project Manager.

Requirement:

• Certificate / Diploma above in quantity surveying or related disciplines;
• Experience in quantity surveying field is an advantages;
• Holding Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card);
• Familiar with MS Office applications;
• Able to read & write Chinese and English.
