Job summary

REC Engineering Company Limited, a major Hong Kong engineering contractor, is seeking a Middle/Senior level project manager for electrical and building services projects in the New Territories. The role focuses on planning, supervision, and coordination across stakeholders in railway and infrastructure works.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor degree and have 10–15 years of relevant experience, plus registration by a recognized engineering body; fluent in English, Mandarin and Chinese is

• Registered by the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers or equivalent international body.
• 10–15 years of experience in managing railway or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform project planning, coordination, site supervision and overall project management.
• Coordinate with clients, main contractors, consultants, direct contractors and sub-contractors.
• Attend interface, site meetings and workshops.
• Prepare interfacing documents and meeting notes.
• Participate in other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Electrical or Building Servcies discipline;
• Qualified by the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, or other equivalent and approved internationally accredited institution;
• A minimum of 10 -15 years of experience in managing railway or infrastructure projects;
• Registered Electrical Worker of grade B or above;
• Proficient in using AutoCAD and MS Applications etc.;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese and Mandarin;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proactive, highly motivated, a good team player;
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight working schedule
