Job summary

REC Engineering Company Limited, a key subsidiary of Yau Lee Holdings Limited, invites highly capable engineers to join our team in New Territories. The role focuses on tender preparation, budgeting, drawings and submissions, project planning and site supervision, coordinating with clients and contractors, and assisting in payments and variations. Strong AutoCAD and bilingual communication in English and Chinese are required.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services / Environmental / Fire Engineering.
• 3 years or above experience in construction field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender, budgets, drawings and submission documents.
• Plan and supervise projects; overall project management.
• Coordinate with clients, main contractors, consultants and sub-contractors.
• Supervise sub-contractors and attend site meetings.
• Assist in payment, variation claims and negotiations.
• Handle other assigned tasks.

• Perform project planning, site supervision and overall project management;

• Participate in other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services / Environmental / Fire Engineering;
• 3 years or above experience in construction field;

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
