Qualifications

• Experience as Shipping Clerk or in import/export or customs operations.
• Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and customs procedures for international trade.
• Familiar with customs regulations, tariffs, and import/export compliance.
• Proficient with standard office systems and arranging shipments online via couriers.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills for multiple shipments.
• Good communication and ability to liaise with internal teams, carriers, external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic to intermediate English and Chinese for documentation and communication.
• High accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

• Maintaining accurate records of shipments and tracking goods
• Verifying shipment details, including weight, dimensions, and contents against shipping orders
• Liaising with carriers and freight forwarders to arrange transport and confirm shipping schedules
• Assisting with supplier factory follow ups to ensure timely completion of production

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Shipping Clerk or in a similar role within import/export or customs operations
• Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and customs procedures relevant to international trade
• Familiarity with customs regulations, tariff classifications, and import/export compliance requirements
• Proficiency in using standard office systems and arranging shipments online via couriers
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with internal teams, carriers, and external stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Basic to intermediate level of English and Chinese language skills for documentation and communication purposes
