Job summary

Alexis Services Limited seeks an experienced operations professional to direct middle- and back-office infrastructure across asset management, digital finance, wealth management, and capital markets. You will oversee transaction processing, trade settlement and asset servicing workflows for international equities and derivatives, while ensuring compliance and policy alignment.

The role requires 5–8 years of experience in securities operations with fluency in English and Mandarin, and familiarity

Qualifications

5–8 years of core experience in securities operations and derivatives (futures & options) settlement.
Strong mastery of back-office clearing procedures and operational risk mitigation.
Proficient in compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
Exceptional analytical reasoning and strong quantitative aptitude.
Meticulous attention to detail and polished interpersonal skills.
Professional fluency in English and Mandarin (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

Direct day-to-day transaction processing, trade settlement and asset servicing workflows for international equities, futures, and options.
Streamline operational workflows while adhering to internal policies, industry frameworks, and regulatory mandates.
Monitor regulatory shifts and market developments and translate updates into procedural and system enhancements.
Lead strategic initiatives, workflow transformations and ad-hoc operational projects as required.
