Job summary

OCBC Bank in Hong Kong invites applications for a role to supervise order management and settlements of investment products including equities, bonds, and structured deposits, with a focus on HK and Macau operations. You will monitor system performance and support daily operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities include settlement of CMU/CMU-like, managing MTM reports, assisting with ad-hoc projects, and handling trade inquiries.

Qualifications

• Preferably with 3 years’ experience in Global Markets back-office of Securities operations in banking industry
• Good knowledge on SWIFT, Murex, EasyWay, CMU, Windows, Excel

Responsibilities

• Support settlement of bond/equity transactions for HK & Macau
• Follow up settlement and corporate actions with custodians
• Prepare daily MIS reports from Murex for start/end of day
• Handle trade inquiries via email/phone
• Prepare MTM valuation reports for customers
• Assist hubbing operations to Macau transactions
