Job summary

OCBC Bank (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager to support settlement and reporting for Global Markets and Investment teams in HK & Macau. The role covers settlement of bonds and equities, corporate actions, and related cash flow reporting, with exposure to CMU, SWIFT, and external custodians.

Your focus will be on timely settlements and accurate daily/ monthly reporting. You will generate end-of-day and start-of-day MIS from Murex, assist with reconciliations, and coordinate with

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in Global Markets back-office of securities operations.
• Good knowledge of settlement flows and corporate actions.
• Proficiency with SWIFT, Murex, EasyWay, CMU, Windows and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support settlement of bond, equity, and repo transactions for HK & Macau.
• Generate daily MIS and trade volume reports from Murex.
• Reconcile monthly bond holdings and resolve unsettled trades.
• Handle inquiries via email/phone and support custody interactions.
• Assist in system enhancement projects and UAT tasks.
